What Drives Us

We confess

At Prometheus, creating custom eLearning and instructional products is more than a business – it’s a passion. Here are the values that drive us to give you our best, day after day!

1. Empower clients.

What are you really trying to accomplish with your eLearning project?

happy clients

Our clients come to us with many different business goals:

  • Create a passive income stream for my consulting business
  • Teach employees to work smarter
  • Reduce customer service calls
  • Comply with regulatory mandates – and be able to prove it
  • Help partners cross-sell our products
  • Update our brand image

Whatever your goal, we’re in business to help you achieve it. That’s why every engagement begins with vision questions – so right from the start, we can focus on designing a custom solution that accomplishes your intended purpose.

2. Build to fit.

One size doesn’t fit all. We are in business to create eLearning and blended learning programs that are customized to meet the needs of your specific content, learner population, and learning environment.

So, no force-fitting your round pegs into square holes here. We work with every client, on every project, to understand your unique needs and constraints – and identify the best solutions to meet those needs.

3. Make learning happen.

Your Subject Matter Experts may know your content backwards and forwards – but do they know how to teach it? Especially in an online format, where they aren’t in the room to gauge whether learners are "getting it"? Putting together an instructional program that truly makes learning happen is part science, part art – and we’re good at both.

Does that mean that we claim mastery in your subject matter area? No way! In our process, we collaborate with your Subject Matter Experts to identify what content points to teach and how best to teach them to ensure that learning happens – so learners feel comfortable using their new skills at home or on the job.

4. Respect end-users.

We believe in treating end-users fairly. That means providing solid, meaty content. It means presenting the content in a way that gets users engaged and keeps them interested. And it means building programming that is user-friendly, so end-users don’t get hung up on the technology. Bottom line, we want every one of your end-users to say, "This eLearning program was a great investment of my time!"

5. Offer value.

We believe in keeping quality high and prices reasonable. We’ve built our business on clients who come back time after time, knowing they can trust us to create solid educational programming at a price that won’t break the bank.

That’s why we take time to work with you upfront, before you engage us, to talk about your budget constraints and suggest ways to get the most bang for your buck.

6. Do right by our clients.

We believe in treating our clients the way we’d like to be treated. That means:

  • Offering honest, objective advice (even if it means you won’t book the project with us)
  • Delivering on our commitments
  • Communicating openly and in a timely manner about your project
  • Working collaboratively with you and your team
  • Being fair, upright, courteous and professional in all our dealings with you. Every time.

7. Make every project count.

We believe that every client and every project is important. So whether you represent a giant conglomerate or a one-person consultancy, we commit to giving you our best.

8. Keep it real.

We believe that a project is never "just business" – it’s always personal. So we take a personal interest. We take the time to listen, to discuss, and to suggest alternatives. You’ll get to speak with an instructional designer who will be your point-of-contact throughout your project. And we promise to keep the technical jargon to a minimum!

So call us, email us, open a conversation. Ask the questions you need to ask. We’ll do everything in our power to provide clear, practical, actionable answers. Bottom line – we’re here to help.
